Just realized.

I decided earlier today that I wanted to spend my Friday afternoon/night as nerdy as possible and go to a Friday Night Magic thing. It would actually be my very first one. The trouble is, I thought of going to trade too. Since I need some cards and why not. Except I just realized that I left my card binder with Cosmo, and I’m not sure when I’ll be seeing him again. Sooo that means I’d have to go and probably play and actually interact with people. And tell people naw sorry no cards to trade here.

Well, it’s my fault anyway. I don’t really like to deal with trading or my binder, so I usually just let Cosmo deal with it. But now I’m not sure if I want to go. It might be fun, but I’m not going to be buying cards or anything, I don’t have the money to spare. I’ll flip a coin in a bit to decide. At any rate, I had decided to go to McCafe, because it’s Crispy Chicken Friday and I’m sick of my throttled internet.

On the other hand, I just checked my account, and I should be getting my refund, of what’s left over after student loans, for the trimester pretty soon, the student loan’s already in the system. So that’s $800 I’ll have. I’m not sure what to do with it. I think I’ll probably either put half in savings and keep half, or use almost half to pay a month worth of rent and put most of the rest in savings and keep some for myself. Probably the latter. Oh, and I received my medical insurance from the university the other day. So at least if my dad’s insurance doesn’t work somewhere, I’ve got the other one as a back up.

If only I weren’t so broke. I cashed a check for $15 I found lying around my apartment (good going Di), but I’m not sure what to do with it. I thought of either depositing it to pay for the LSAC fee to apply for Cornell, or using $10 for gas and $5 for McCafe or a Magic booster.

I complicate my life too much.

(anyone can wire me $20 over paypal? anyone? okay sorry had to try)
